This retreat uses basic mindfulness (vipassana/insight) practice as a springboard for seeing the reality of the mind. The practice will include sitting, standing and walking meditation, Dhamma talks, question and answer periods and optional teacher interviews. All retreats offered will be in total silence with the exception of the Dhamma talks, Q & A’s and interviews. Breathing and yoga exercises will be integrated into the body based vipassana awareness to help develop concentrated awareness in the body.
