All retreat registrations will only be accessible to register approximately thirty days before each retreat's starting date. You will not be able to register for any retreat until each individual registration form becomes active. Please understand that we are limited by gender to how many individuals we can accept for each retreat, once we fill to capacity, we will close the retreat registration and may have to ask some who registered to be placed on our Wait List; we always suggest registering as soon as possible (please see Retreat Registration form Page for details). If we receive cancellations, we would begin to contact those on the Wait List by gender. Please also note, retreat registrations that become active during the weekend and holiday dates; you may not receive a reply or confirmation from our office until the next business day. If you have not received a reply within 2-3 business days, please contact our office.
Completing the retreat's registration here begins at 3:00 pm in the dining hall. Please arrive no later than 5:00 pm, all retreats end at noon the last day of the retreat. This will offer you time to get acquainted with our center, the location of our buildings, etc.. Once your registration has been received and confirmed through our office, you will only need to contact our center if you need to cancel your registration by sending an e-mail to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) or call our office and leave a message. Please arrive early enough to complete your registration here and get acquainted with our grounds and buildings.
Also Note: Vesak and Kathina are not retreats, but we list them here for your convenience. It is not necessary to register for them if you are only coming for the day. To make overnight arrangements for Kathina and Vesak, please use the Visit Registration form.
If a retreat is listed as "full", you can request to be put on a "Wait List", this list will be used as spaces become available. Please submit a Visitor's Registration form and in Special Needs write that you are requesting to be put on the Wait List and specify retreat, then enter the dates for the retreat.

The Lifetime Precepts will be offered at the end of long retreats with the exception of the Year End Retreat Part I and Part II. There may be an occasional change when the monastic leading a retreat decides to offer or decline to offer the precepts.
