Ordinary and Noble Persons

The common unlearned man has no regard for the noble persons and no understanding of the Dhamma. The noble persons are skilled in knowledge of the Dhamma. They have correct knowledge and understanding of the Noble Eightfold Path and respect those noble ones who have attained some stage enlightenment.
