3 Characteristics of Existence

July 12 - July 16

This retreat is FULL and registration is now closed.

About the Retreat

What do we see when we examine our experience? The Buddha taught that there are three qualities that characterize all existence in Samsara. These are annica, dukkha, and anatta. In English,  impermanence, unsatisfactoryness and not-self.  This retreat focuses on this fundamental Buddhist insight and explores the topic through Dhamma talks, guided meditation and lots of silent meditation.
