Registration opens on Monday, October 28th at 9:45 a.m.
All are welcome to register for this retreat. This retreat uses basic mindfulness (vipassana/insight) practice as a springboard for the reality of the mind. The practice will include sitting, walking and standing meditation. All retreats are considered silent retreats with the exception of Dhamma talks, question and answer periods including optional teacher interviews.
On-site registration/check-in opens at 3:00 p.m. in the Dining Hall. Please arrive to allow enough time to complete registration here and settle in before the retreat begins. All retreats end after lunch on the last day.
